- Establishing and implementing annual plans to increase and diversify funding sources.
- Identifying and targeting new funding opportunities through research and analysis.
- Building strong relationships with current and new donors.
- Preparing periodic reports and sending updates to donors about the impact of their contributions.
- Communicating and coordinating with local and international funds and financial institutions.
- Preparing and presenting detailed and persuasive funding proposals.
- Planning and executing effective crowdfunding campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing results to improve future strategies.
- Identifying partnership opportunities with companies interested in the institution’s fields of work.
- Designing and implementing partnership programs to enhance CSR support.
- Preparing and presenting funding proposals to investors and donors.
- Presenting information attractively and effectively to enhance funding opportunities.
- Analyzing financial performance, donations, and previous funding.
- Preparing periodic reports for management that include strategic recommendations.
- Creating and updating a comprehensive database of funders, donors, and potential partners.
- Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Organizing fundraising events, conferences, and meetings.
- Managing the logistical and marketing aspects of events to ensure their success.
- Developing marketing and media materials to raise awareness about programs and projects.
- Utilizing social media and digital platforms to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial resource development or public relations management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial studies and reports.
- Knowledge of crowdfunding mechanisms and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Initiative and ability to innovate.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Capacity to travel as needed.
